Day Four: Rudolph Cookies

On the fourth day of Christmas Cookie recipes, my neighbor Peg gave to me… an adorable idea for Rudolph the Reindeer Peanut Butter Cookies!

These little cuties are a cinch to make using your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe!

Red M&M candies (plain)
Chocolate covered pretzels (broken to mimic antlers)
Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Have your decorations ready before baking because these must be assembled quickly when they are first removed from the oven!

Make your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. After forming the cookie dough ball, pinch one end together to create Rudolph’s head shape. Flatten the dough prior to baking, I used the bottom of a glass. Refer to the cookie recipe for bake time. When you remove cookie from oven, quickly add the pretzel antlers, chocolate chip eyes and red M&M nose. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
