It’s fairly common knowledge that I’m obsessed with holiday edition Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. After a week of binging on peanut butter eggs, I was craving something that didn’t come in a wrapper and I swear I heard a choir of angels singing when I saw a picture of this recipe:

The most time-consuming portion of this recipe was chopping the fresh herbs and there were only two of them, so you get the idea of how quickly this whips up. In less than 30 minutes you have a dish that can be served warm or cool, as a main or side and it even tasted better the second day. This is definitely my new go-to recipe, especially for picnics this summer where no fuss meals make the days even brighter.
